Job Description:
In this position, you'll utilize your Bilingual Spanish
communication skills to deliver exceptional customer service to our

We offer Paid Training. Training is On-site at our Cedar Bluff
location in Knoxville, TN. (4 weeks 8am - 5pm)

Care Agents:
- Starting at $13.60/hr with higher pay depending on
experience
- Option to work Full-Time or Part-Time
- Potential to work from home after successfully completing
on-site training
- Option to set your own schedule
- We are open Monday- Friday, 8am - 8pm (employees may volunteer
to work Saturdays but not required)

funds available) JOB DESCRIPTION OVERVIEW:
This position is primarily responsible for answering patient
inquires with exceptional customer service, while maintaining
positive patient relations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide service to patients in a professional manner.
- Provide excellent, concise communication.
- Learn and understand ETM software operation.
- Learn and understand billing and account operations.
- Answers and documents all telephone inquiries.
- Research and resolve problems with patients bills.
- Updates patients' insurance coverage as needed.
- Prints courtesy claims and itemized statements.
- Rebills accounts after receiving insurance information.
- Arranges financial agreements with patients using budget plan
as needed.
- Performs other duties and assignments as requested.
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Understanding and familiarity with Microsoft Windows
environment
- Ability to speak, listen and type simultaneously
- Strong communication skills (oral and written) required
- Previous medical billing and customer service experience a
plus
