Description: Our Sales Associates are the glue to our business and have a passion for customer service and enjoy providing the best possible experience for our guests. If you like interacting with people face to face, have the ability to work well in a team environment, then we need to meet you! Earn an hourly rate plus you have the ability to increase your hourly rate by $2-$3 per hour with bonus incentives. What You'll Do: Engage and connect with our customers by providing excellent customer service. You will be the boot expert and use this expertise to educate, inform, inspire and service the customer. Partner with teammates on tasks, processes, merchandising and product flow opportunities. Perform register sales transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with established cash control procedures and customer service guidelines. Takes pride in the appearance of store and shows initiative to keep displays and inventory clean, attractive and organized. Secures all company assets under one's control. You must have the ability and willingness to work a flexible retail schedule which includes _days, evenings, weekends, and holidays_ . You must be able to wear western boots while working. You must have strong social and communication skills that make customers feel welcome in our store. What We Offer: Growth!
