JOB DESCRIPTION OVERVIEW:

The primary objective of this position is to handle IDX dictionary file set up, reports and provider numbers in AES and DMS.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Enter provider numbers in AES and request group provider numbers to be loaded
Prepare missing provider ID and Claims Hold report
Enter provider number on DMS request from DMS worklist
Coordinate with affiliate Provider Enrollment on questions or issues with loading provider numbers and reports
Send applicable paperwork to request IDX dictionary addition and modification
Research, report and test problems or changes with carrier claim logic
Analyze and complete Remedy Reports for claim issues and participate in biweekly meetings
Generate monthly affiliate and Billing Center reports from checklist
Generate queries as requested
Access carrier website for various functions
Complete BSTN Electronic Billing paperwork and verify carrier's completion
Perform month end and PCS close process

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:

High School diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
One to three years' experience in system or process training
Excellent computer skills, including advanced level knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Exceptional organizational skills
Professional interpersonal demeanor with proven oral and written communication skills
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Demonstrated experience requiring sound judgment and leadership skills
Knowledge of GE/IDX preferred.
Additional training in medical reimbursement preferred.
Ability to make occasional trips to Health Care Financial Services for training and development related to HCFS software applications
