Job Description:
Qualifications:--- Associate's degree in Accounting field or
equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or two to
three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent
combination of education and experience.--- Fundamental Payroll
Certification (FPC) or Certified Payroll Processor (CPP)
preferred.--- Knowledge of Payroll software, ADP knowledge
preferable; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software
required.--- Knowledge of Accounting software such as SAP. Advanced
knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint,
etc.Description:--- Process weekly time keeping records.---
Verifies information from payroll processing company.--- Maintains
employee payroll files and PTO time.--- Transmits payroll
information.--- Prepares and transmits 401k contribution data.---
Verifies accuracy of payroll.--- Runs report to update current PTO
and vacation status.
