oversee all aspects of financial management, ensuring the company’s
financial health and long-term success. Your responsibilities will
include: - Developing and implementing financial strategies to
support the company’s goals. - Managing budgets, forecasts, and
financial reporting to drive informed decision-making. - Leading
financial risk management and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Collaborating with the executive team to guide strategic business
planning and growth initiatives. - Overseeing accounting
operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and
payroll. - Managing relationships with external stakeholders such
as auditors, banks, and investors. What We’re Looking For To thrive
in this role, you’ll need: - A minimum of 5 years of experience in
financial leadership or a related role. - Proven expertise in
financial planning, analysis, and management. - Strong knowledge of
accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance. -
Exceptional leadership and communication skills to inspire and
guide teams. - A strategic mindset with the ability to balance
