Administration Specialist. The position is direct-hire for the

environmental projects.The Senior Contract Administration
Specialist assists in ensuring consistency in oversight and
contract administration of contracts for projects assigned to the
APMO. The ideal candidate must have excellent verbal and written
communication skills. This position requires a candidate that can
work independently and collaboratively, thrives on exceeding
expectations, is highly organized, and is adept at working on
multiple projects/initiatives simultaneously. The position is a
hybrid position, requiring both in the office and allowing for
telework support with a minimum of 2 days in the office, including
all Tuesdays in the office. The teleworking arrangement is also
subject to change based on client needs.Job DescriptionDevelops,
writes, gathers, and edits material for reports, briefs, and
related technical and administrative publications related to APMO
project oversight activities.Maintains agendas, meeting minutes and
action item status for multiple federal integrated project
teams.Tracks and statuses incoming and outgoing correspondence and
actions to ensure timely contractual responses.Organizes material
and completes editorial tasks according to established standards
regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style and terminology.
Reviews project-related materials and recommends revisions or
changes in format, content, and methods of document control based
upon established project standards.Maintains Microsoft SharePoint
contract records and organizes files and contracting actions,
including draft work products and revisions in accordance with
established procedures and processes.Assists with contracting
activities to support the development of fee plans, evaluation of
baseline change proposals and contract modifications.Supports
Senior Management Change Control Board and makes recommendations on
Contracting Officer determinations.Conducts assessments,
surveillances and oversight activities of the M&O contractor's
compliance with contract terms and conditions, including evaluation
and applicability of current Department of Energy Acquisition
Regulations (DEAR) and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), and
adherence to the M&O's Organization Conflict of Interest
Plan.Develops draft contract administration documents, evolving and
tracking contract performance measures, monitoring flow down of
contract terms and conditions, and evaluation of proposed contract
changes.Participate in M&O contract meetings (e.g. Monthly
Progress Briefings, Baseline Change Control Boards, Senior
Management Change Control Board, Quality Assurance Assessments,
Risk Management, etc.) as part of Y-12 APMO oversight of the
M&O contractor.Coordinates weekly Contracting Officer's status
meeting and develops/maintains workload tracking tool to ensure
contract actions get completed timely.Self-Starter with strong
organization skillsUnderstands how to manage multiple priorities
and ensure that the highest priorities are taking precedence over
other competing prioritiesStrong technical writing and editing
skills.Additional duties as directed.Job RequirementsBachelor's
degree from accredited institution10 years' experienceProficient in
Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office programs such as EXCEL, Word,
and PowerPointPosition may be required to obtain a DOE/NNSA "Q"
ClearanceDuration:Direct HireFederal Government Clearance:This
position may require the ability to obtain a government clearance.
This position may require reviews and test for absence of any
