We are seeking to add to our superstar team at our resort at Mountain Loft in Gatlinburg! Our Marketing Coordinators set appointments for our guests to learn more about their ownership and our company. They also work with our guests to ensure they have a wonderful vacation. You will have an opportunity to be part of our new pay per tour compensation plan in 2021! Now is the perfect time to join our growing team. Our most successful coordinators have an outgoing personality and enjoy working directly with customers. If you ve ever done sales face to face, door to door or via telephone this job may be a great fit! There is NO cold calling with this position every person you will be talking to is staying on our property as an owner or guest! While some sales or marketing experience is preferred it is not required we will train you! Work schedule is a combination of nights, mornings, and weekends.
