Marketing CoordinatorHearing Care Solutions is looking for a
skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our Creative Services
Department. This role requires an individual with a strong
background in marketing and data analytics who can utilize their
knowledge to independently lead, develop, and implement marketing
solutions. The purpose of this role is to increase customer
engagement by developing co-branded marketing strategies. -

Responsibilities: -
- Achieve business -objectives -by independently developing and
-managing -B2C -consumer-facing strategies, projects, and campaigns
with minimal reliance from internal teams or external
agencies/copywriters. -This requires an understanding of the
hearing healthcare environment and its target demographic. -
- Conduct research, execute tests, and collect data to identify
trends and customer behavior. This requires preparing regular
reports to resolve issues, generate new leads, and maximize ROI in
paid search campaigns.
- Track, report, and analyze website analytics, SEO, ROI, and PPC
initiatives.
- Research and implement SEO recommendations. This includes
recommending changes to website architecture, content, linking, and
other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
- Collaborate with Creative Service's Graphic Designer to ensure
-strategic direction is translated into high-quality designswithin
established brand guidelines. -This requires a -basic understanding
of design layout with opportunities for growth in creating designs.

- Write, proofread, and edit copy for newsletters, blogs, and
other materials.
- Demonstrate both -excellent project management skills and an
-ability to adapt to new responsibilities. This includes handling
multiple projects simultaneously in order to achieve deadlines.

Qualifications -
- 4+ -years of proven experience in e-commerce and developing
-and leading -marketing -campaigns, -preferably -B2C and
SEO-driven, is required.
- Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communication, -or related
field. -
- Expert knowledge of -lead distribution -strategies -and
-multiple -marketing -channels; -SEO, A/B testing, -B2C, -CRO,
localization, website performance, etc. -
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written. -
-
- Exceptional -problem-solving skills with an orientation toward
hypotheses-driven insights; everything -is -logged, measured, and
evaluated -for impact. -
- Proficient in reading, creating, -and -conducting -analytical
reports.. -
- Proactive, resourceful, and flexible; able to oversee multiple
projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines. -

- Experience with -relevant -social media platforms, primarily
Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. - -
- In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics, -AdWords, and SEO.
-Professional -certification is a plus. -
- Experience with WordPress and Squarespace -are -a plus. -
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud programs -(Illustrator,
Photoshop, and InDesign) -are -a plus. -
