You will be responsible for performing maintenance, repairs, and
preventative upkeep to keep our facilities running smoothly and
delivering a comfortable experience for our guests.
Responsibilities Perform routine and preventative maintenance on
plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building systems. Diagnose
and repair mechanical issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
Ensure compliance with safety and building codes on all repairs and
projects. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and
work orders. Collaborate with management and other team members to
plan maintenance schedules and upgrades. Respond promptly to urgent
maintenance requests and emergencies. Requirements Proven
experience in maintenance engineering, building maintenance, or a
related field. Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing HVAC,
electrical, plumbing, and other mechanical systems. Strong
knowledge of safety regulations and building codes. Ability to work
independently and manage time effectively. Good communication
skills and a teamwork-oriented mindset. High school diploma or
equivalent; technical certifications are a plus. Benefits
