Job Description Job Description Salary: We are seeking a
dependable and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team.
The primary purpose of this role is to complete work orders,
preventive maintenance assignments, and daily activities of the
Maintenance Department in accordance with federal, state, and local
regulations. This position plays a vital role in ensuring our
facility remains safe, functional, and comfortable for residents,
staff, and visitors. Saturday - Monday 12 HR Shifts
Responsibilities: Perform minor repairs to plumbing, electrical,
HVAC, lighting, and appliances Complete preventative maintenance as
scheduled Assist with building repairs, renovations, and equipment
troubleshooting Maintain service and repair records Support
snow/ice removal and moving equipment or furnishings Follow safety,
infection control, and fire prevention procedures Maintain
cleanliness of maintenance shop and work areas Respect resident
privacy and confidentiality at all times Qualifications: High
school diploma or equivalent Minimum 1 year maintenance experience
preferred Ability to lift 50 lbs Strong problem-solving skills and
ability to work independently Must be at least 19 years old Ability
