Our Building Maintenance team is essential to keeping our properties safe, functional, and ready for tenants. Job Overview Were hiring a Building Maintenance Specialist to perform general repairs, preventative maintenance, and emergency response for commercial properties in Knoxville. Responsibilities Perform maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs Complete work orders and document via mobile app Conduct property inspections with management Handle after-hours emergency calls when needed Preventative maintenance: lights, drains, roofs, filters, plumbing checks Maintain vacant spaces and prepare for new tenants Track supply orders and maintain accurate records Work closely with property managers and tenants Qualifications Previous experience in building or facilities maintenance Skilled in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems Strong troubleshooting ability Ability to work independently and stay organized Good communication and teamwork Benefits $23/hr starting pay Health, dental, vision, life insurance 401(k) with company contribution PTO 9 paid holidays Company-provided truck, phone, tools, boots, and uniform Apply today and start building a rewarding career with SVN | Wood Properties!
