over the world. JOB SUMMARY Responsible for safely assembling
equipment by following detailed instructions from Supervisors and
Group Leaders. These assemblies vary in size and product while
requiring the use of a variety of mechanical, electrical, and
manual tools. YOUR IMPACT These duties are not meant to be
all-inclusive, and other duties may be assigned: /n - Assemble
parts, wires, hoses, and hydraulics on JLG/Jerr-Dan products using
power tools and manual techniques. /n - Install product accessories
such as decals, mud flaps, cameras, and lights. /n - Safely operate
an overhead crane to position parts. /n - Use hand and pneumatic
tools (e.g., wrenches, hammers, torque guns) with accuracy. /n -
Measure accurately using tools like tape measures. /n - Drill and
tap holes for wires, hoses, and small components. /n - Identify
required options from schematics, blueprints, and Standard Work
Instructions. /n - Lift and stack subassemblies and parts (up to 35
lbs solo; team lift up to 60 lbs). /n - Crosstrain and work in
multiple assembly areas as needed. /n - Follow written and verbal
instructions precisely. /n - Maintain attention to detail to meet
quality standards. /n - Keep a clean, safe work area in compliance
with safety rules and 6S standards. /n /n MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS /n
- Ability and willingness to work overtime as needed, including
evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet business and production
demands. /n - Maintain regular and reliable attendance, in-person
and on-site. /n /n STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS - 6 months of experience
in the manufacturing or general labor industry. /n WORKING
CONDITIONS The following represents general working conditions for
this role. Specific conditions may vary depending on business needs
and individual circumstances. /n - This position is based in a
manufacturing or production environment and may involve exposure to
loud noise, dust, moving machinery, or temperature fluctuations. /n
- The role may require standing for extended periods, repetitive
motions, lifting/carrying up to 35 pounds, pushing/pulling up to 50
pounds and up to 30 pounds sustained, bending, kneeling, climbing,
or using tools and equipment. /n - Proper personal protective
equipment (PPE) must be worn when required. /n - Visual and
auditory acuity are needed for safe equipment operation and
effective communication in a busy workspace. /n - Reasonable
