looking to fill positions in our Service Business Development
Center with enthusiastic and highly motivated individuals with a
strong desire to succeed. The ideal candidate to join our team
would be a people person with great communication skills, who is
able to work in a fast paced environment, have strong problem
solving skills and remain calm under pressure. Automotive industry
knowledge or experience is a plus, but not required - we will
provide training! Qualifications Energetic, goal oriented team

with strong communication skills. Excellent customer service
skills. Detail oriented and excels in a fast paced, results driven
environment. Professional appearance and work ethic. All potential
employees must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background
check. Responsibilities Answer incoming calls to the service
department and assist clients with appointments, vehicle inquiries
and general support. Make outgoing calls to assist with customer
service and build business for the department. Work with the
service team to provide excellent communication and customer
satisfaction. Use technology to maintain accurate client records
and documentation. Daily receipting for the parts and service
department. Benefits Hourly rate plus performance based bonuses.
