Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A contract
position is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for
the 2025/26 school year, located in Hendersonville, NC. This role
focuses on providing specialized support to two middle school
students in a school setting. Key Responsibilities: Deliver direct
speech-language services for approximately 2-5 hours per week, with
some additional sessions to catch up on service hours. Utilize
Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) strategies, a
critical requirement for this role. Participate actively in
Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings to collaborate on
student goals and progress. Provide services onsite exclusively;
remote or VOCO SLP options are not applicable. Desired
Qualifications and Experience: Current Speech-Language Pathology
credentials and licensure. Experience with school-based SLP
services, specifically working with middle school students. Proven
expertise in AAC methods and implementation. Strong communication
skills to engage effectively with students, educators, and
families. Ability to manage a flexible schedule within contracted
hours. Location: Hendersonville, North Carolina onsite support in a
