Summary: This position is responsible for the mobilization and
demobilization to and from jobsites, as well set up, installation,
and teardown of equipment. This may include driving and operating
the company’s long and short-distance heavy trucks. Typical Duties
and Responsibilities: Operate company owned and leased trucks over
4 tons to facilitate shipping and receiving operations Operate
trucks for the delivery, pickup and relocation of products and
materials Perform required before-, during-, and after-operation
“user maintenance” and provide required reports Provide outstanding
customer service during delivery and pickup operations Maintain all
required certifications required by DOT and OSHA and company safety
programs Maintain and protect all property entrusted to you in
excellent condition Perform any other tasks assigned to support and
improve the overall team operations Understand, complete and manage
required technical documentation Drive heavy truck equipment on
both short and long-distance routes as required Ability to make
overnight runs as required by shipping needs Must be able to learn
to operate all MHE used by the company Ability to work outside in
various weather conditions. Ability to work flexible schedule to
meet job requirements Ensures that The Mersino Way is a guiding
document in all daily activities Qualifications: CDL A required 1
or more year(s) experience as truck driver High school diploma or
equivalent required This job has specific DOT requirements. A
person is qualified to drive a motor vehicle if he/she: Is at least
21 years old; Can read and speak the English language sufficiently
to converse with the general public, to understand highway traffic
signs and signals in the English language, to respond to official
inquiries, and to make entries on reports and records; Can, by
reason of experience, training, or both, safely operate the type of
commercial motor vehicle he/she drives. Is physically qualified to
drive a commercial motor vehicle in accordance with subpart
E-Physical Qualifications and Examinations of this part. Has a
currently valid commercial motor vehicle operator's license issued
only by one State or jurisdiction. Is not disqualified to drive a
commercial motor vehicle under the rules in 391.15. Please see the

Expectations: The ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
Ability to travel long-distance and overnight Requires intermittent
periods during which continuous physical exertion is required, such
as walking, standing, stooping, climbing, lifting material or
equipment, some of which may be heavy or awkward Career Path: This
position is primarily responsible for the mechanical readiness and
the operational performance of pump systems at customers’ work
sites. This experience will prepare the employee for additional
career paths that include, but are not limited to: · Foreman or
Superintendent: Primary lead responsible for instructing crews and
managing complete pump system setups. This is primarily for larger
local projects that have multiple pumps and large piping. · Project
Manager: Manage the setup, operation and financial performance of
projects from implementation to completion. · Regional
Superintendent: Travel across the region to implement the larger
and high-profile projects as needed and requested by the RVP.
