Our focus is on the development of optimized designs that drive security, performance and savings through managed network solutions.We support over 80,000 globally deployed endpoints out of our Network Operations Center (NOC) and Security Defense Center (SOC) in Charlotte, North Carolina and our facility in Knoxville, Tennessee.   • Design, configure, and implement, networks remotely based on customer requirements
  • Create network diagrams and maintain network documentation
  • Develop troubleshooting procedures
  • Communicate with customers regarding network designs and incidents
  • Manage ticket escalations from both NOC and SOC – following through to resolutionYou should have knowledge of: (not all required)
    • Routing and Routing Protocols (BGP, OSPF, VRFs, etc.)
    • Switching (VLANs, Trunking, Spanning Tree, etc.)
    • VoIP/SIP
    • SD-WAN
    • SASE
    • FirewallsYou must have:
      • Excellent communication skills
      • Ability to work independently or as part of a collaborative effort
      • Mastered routing/switching
      • Excellent troubleshooting skills
      • Good customer service skills
      • Strong organizational skills
      • Willingness to learn new technologies
      • Experience implementing/managing enterprise level networks
