Our address is 5337 Clinton Hwy, Knoxville, TN- 37912.*The Restoration Tech will be responsible for the following:* Hand cleaning household contents to remove soot and water damage.* May require packing and transporting contents back to the warehouse for on-site cleaning.* Will be moving furniture.* Respond to a variety of emergency and non-emergency service requests including fire & water damage mitigation, mold remediation, HVAC ductwork cleaning, board up/temporary repairs.* Vacuum and set up water removal equipment* Perform restoration activities, as needed (e.g., demolition, cleaning, content manipulation, etc.) and oversee work quality and completion of junior technicians* Thoroughly document the job process, from start-to-finish, in real-time using the latest technology* Maintain a clean job site and company vehicle* Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening* Must possess a clean driving record* Must be able to be on call as needed up to one week per monthJob Types: Full-time, TemporaryPay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hourBenefits:* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Vision insuranceSchedule:* 10 hour shift* 12 hour shift* 8 hour shiftAbility to commute/relocate:* Knoxville, TN 37912: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience:* Restoration: 1 year (Preferred)License/Certification:* Hazardous Waste Operations & Emergency Response Training (Preferred)Willingness to travel:* 25% (Preferred)Work Location: One location
