Key Responsibilities:
Define strategy and models to maximize payments conversion while
minimizing fraud losses for merchants
Lead cross-functional partnerships with various teams and
stakeholders
Assist with team growth and development within Engineering
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of engineering experience or equivalent domain
expertise
Demonstrated experience leading company-wide initiatives or
influencing tech roadmap planning
Ability to collaborate effectively and drive business outcomes
Balance execution and velocity with security, reliability, and
efficiency
Experience mentoring and investing in the development of engineers
and peers
