Radio Systems Corporation is seeking to hire an Order Management Teammate to manage orders daily. They are the key link in communication with our retail partners, sales managers, finance, logistics, and demand/supply specialists for any order or inventory questions. This position works closely with all these departments to ensure every order is processed to be delivered on-time, in-full, and invoiced accurately.Responsibilities:--- Enter and process all incoming orders for assigned accounts- EDI, web-portal based, email, or fax--- Communicate any inventory shortages or delays in shipping to the retail partner and sales manager as needed--- Complete daily open-order report reviews to ensure orders have inventory reservation and are shipping on-time--- Maintain working knowledge of products, prices, and retail partner account requirements--- Ability to work overtime and a flexible schedulePM20. Requirements:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• 1 year of customer care or sales support experience with superior phone skills
• Oracle operating system experience in order entry
• EDI experience is a plus
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite: Word, Excel, Outlook
• Tech savvy- comfortable entering and retrieving data on web portals
• Excellent organization, time-management, and math skills
