Join team Dominion!We Offer Lucrative And Exciting BenefitsHealth Insurance, including Medical, Dental, and VisionLife Insurance, Short-Term, and Long-Term Disability InsuranceTelephone Doctor 24/7Employee Assistance ProgramHealth Savings Account or Health Reimbursement ArrangementPaid Time OffPaid HolidaysPaid Working Holidays-Double TimeDirect DepositChaplain SupportSponsored Mission Trips-$1000 allowance and up to a week of paid time offMarriage Retreat-Weekend Retreat Paid in FullProfessional Counseling-Free and Discounted Sessions Offered AnnuallyDiscounted Gym Memberships/Fitness ProductsIdentity Theft Protection and Credit MonitoringJob PurposeThe Marketing Director will help build and promote the company's brand through the creation and distribution of positive branding messaging and services, promotional and branding materials, communication media, web/online marketing tools, and printed collateral.Job Duties* Work on and manage a wide range of projects and media, using various computer software to visualize and develop creative marketing strategies that meet business goals.* Utilize a wide variety of channels that may include web pages, social media, presentations, programming collateral, signage, internal communication, newsletters, and other marketing materials to align, strengthen, and boost brand awareness.* Develop innovative strategies to attract customers to the company's brand through various web-based marketing programs and search engine optimization (SEO) techniques.* Analyze existing website traffic and social media activity related to the company and products.* Maintains a strong online voice through social media, email, and other platforms to execute multi-channel campaigns.* Oversee communication and response for online review platforms.* Develop concepts by hand or with software, and execute original content determining ideal usage of color, text, font style, imagery, and layout to support marketing the company brand.* Translate strategic direction into high-quality design and create original visual media and content that communicates the desired feeling or message in an engaging and unified way while remaining consistent with organizational culture, values, and brand expectations.* Chooses graphics, clip art, and stock photography, to express messages accurately; may enhance choices with simple drawings.* Collaborate with appropriate C-Suite in the creation of and/or maintenance of company logos and style guides, communicating the use of correct logos and style guides to the field.* Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams and communicate with VPSM and Leadership Team regarding marketing programs, strategies, and budgets. Revise projects as necessary based on the collaborative feedback process.* Selects fonts for written copy; produces sample layouts, prepares drafts, and produces samples of design work to appropriate leaders for review. Prepares print orders and assembly instructions on notification of final approval.* Direct and implement online marketing plans; compiles and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of such plans.* Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies.* Manage the design and uploading process of all project material, understanding best practices for using a content management system to maintain an internal database of designs, photography, and video.Minimum Requirements* Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.* 5+ years' experience marketing strategy development, implementation, and analytics reporting.* Ability to conduct and correctly interpret research, web analytics, and provide SEO strategy.* Working knowledge of CSS3, HTML5, and JavaScript.* Knowledge of WordPress and content management systems a plus.* Proven experience with graphic design, including a strong portfolio of work.* Experience with design software, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, etc. preferred.* Photography experience and proficiency with photo-editing software.* Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills.* Demonstrated organizational and time management skills; ability to prioritize tasks.* Excellent written, oral communication, and presentation skills.* Ability to achieve results under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.* Willingness to work extended hours including occasional evenings and weekends as needed.* Ability to work efficiently in a collaborative setting.Application ProcessA review of all applications begins immediately and continues until the position is filled.
