CONVERGE TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS Business Development/Account Manager Southeastern US/Remote Converge Technology Solutions is seeking a Business Development/Account Manager to work remotely within the southeastern US region! Converge Technology Solutions Corp. is a software-enabled IT & Cloud Solutions provider focused on delivering industry-leading solutions and services. Description: Business Development/Account Manager is a member of the sales team and is challenged to deliver the most talented and qualified professionals for people solutions to include contract, contract-to-hire, & permanent placements with clients within the IT industry. Converge provides a broad range of services outside of people solutions that include disaster recovery, cloud, managed and professional services. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about technology and want to "own" their specialty. The ideal candidate will be ambitious and driven to develop and maintain strong relationships both internally across all lines of business and externally. Job Requirements:Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree & 2-4 years related experience or training (OR equivalent combination of education & IT industry experience)
  • At least 1 year IT staffing sales experience (Staff Augmentation and/or Consulting/Professional Services)
  • Ability to articulate technical concepts & explain how technology solutions can solve business problems
  • Must have outstanding interpersonal/communication skills, & be organized with the ability to multi-task
  • Ability to balance multiple initiatives & deliver high-quality interactions with clients & internal teams
  • Must have strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
