DescriptionInhabit Is looking for a Technical Project Manager to
work inside the CTO office team and lead companywide projects to
establish operational best practices in areas related to security,
compliance, vendor relationships, and contract
management.ResponsibilitiesLead data analysis initiatives to
provide the CTO and other company executives information which will
be used to make corporate decisions.Lead our security and privacy
compliance initiatives including PCI and SOC2.Collaborate with
corporate and business unit leadership to develop engaging training
programs.Lead vendor evaluation and work with our legal and
procurement teams to revamp our existing vendor management
process.Keep track of R&D costs and make recommendations to
improve the way in which we spend.Lead our technical retrospective
sessions to capture lessons learned that come after any significant
service outage.Minimum Qualifications2-5 years of project
management experience working with distributed groupsExperience
working with software engineering teamsExcellent organizational,
written, and oral communication skills. This role will interact
with executive level staff, technical staff, operational support
members, etc., so the ability to interact with various roles is
requiredPersonable and approachable, with an enthusiastic and
motivational nature and an overall passion for excellenceProactive
and highly organized, with strong time management and planning
skillsAble to meet tight deadlines and remain calm under
pressureAbility to work well with numbers and conduct effective
data analysis including advanced knowledge of Microsoft
ExcelInclined to take initiative to identify and address problems
as they are discovered.Experience working in compliance projects
such as ISO, PCI, SOC2, or NIST is a plusBring a positive attitude
to work and be positive influence on your teams and those you work
withDemonstrated ability to influence others, manage key deadlines
