    • We are RelentlessTHE JOB:Soccer Shots blends soccer, education, and fun into high energy 30-minute sessions. We serve all kids ages 2-8 throughout the Knoxville area. Our innovative curriculum emphasizes both soccer skills and character development. Our goal is simple: to leave a lasting, positive impact on every child we serve.
      
      As DOO, you will be the primary contact for Soccer Shots Knoxville, from customer service to scheduling sessions, so strong communication skills are a must! Along with facilitating a great customer experience, the DOO will also be responsible for learning and being proficient with our various websites. Some tech savviness will be needed with the ability to problem solve, take initiative, and ask questions to find solutions - i.e. you need to know your way around a computer. Being personable, passionate, and persistent is a must when it comes to talking with staff of childcare centers, preschools, elementary schools, neighborhood associations, and future staff coaches. Finally, you need to understand and enjoy working with children. Coaching will be a big part of this role initially, so understanding the "why" behind what we do can't be accomplished unless you have mastered coaching. Developing a strong understanding of what we do on the field is vital for all parts of being our Director of Operations.
