Urgent Team is seeking an experienced healthcare leader to join our senior management team in Tennessee. The Division Vice President will oversee operations for 15-20 urgent care centers in East Tennessee and North Georgia. The DVP must reside within the Knoxville/Chattanooga/I-75 area; relocation assistance is not provided. The Division Vice President (DVP) is a key member of the senior management team, reports to the CEO and collaborates closely with other DVP(s) and Chief Medical Officer to execute the strategies of the company within an operations-intensive business. The position is responsible for overall profit and loss of all the division's centers and ensures an exceptional patient experience and positive work culture while delivering effective management, efficient operations, and driving sustainable growth. The DVP provides direct oversight to Senior Directors of Operations, Directors of Operations, and Area Managers. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The following duties and responsibilities generally reflect the expectations of this position but are not intended to be all-inclusive. Other duties may be assigned. --- Aligned with CEO's vision and long-term direction for the company and collaborates in driving company vision and operations strategy, --- Works as a change agent with the ability to lead strategic imperatives within the division and drive improvement. --- Delivers results on a day-to-day, quarter-to quarter basis in the execution of operational strategies and objectives. --- Incorporates company strategies into the division's daily operations. --- Aligns division team members with company goals and objectives. --- Develops and manages the division's operating and capital budgets. --- Ensures the operational effectiveness and efficiency of centers within the division. --- Hires, directs, teaches, mentors, and coaches Sr. Directors of Operations, Directors of Operations, and Area Managers. --- Manages division relationships with joint venture hospital systems, and major vendors/partners. --- Works closely and proactively with departments to support the operations of the centers. --- Represents company and presents information to outside and internal audiences. --- Develops strategic service and expansion opportunities within a market and the region. --- Collaborates with Chief Medical Officer, Medical Directors, and Supervising Physicians to implement clinical strategies and objections. --- Coordinates with other DVPs to maintain standardization and decrease variation between divisions. --- Ensures the introduction of increased efficiency in the centers and focus on continual improvement of effectiveness and efficiency of service delivery, work flows, staff resource utilization, and other business resources through both incremental and breakthrough improvements. --- Drives sustainable growth of centers and division Promotes team member engagement and professional supportive work environment. --- Ensures ongoing grass roots marketing initiatives and collaborates with Chief Marketing Officer to identify market needs and promote center growth. --- Exemplify Urgent Team Valued Behaviors, work ethics, and professionalism in all situations whether internal or external to the company. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversees Sr. Directors of Operations, Directors of Operations and Area Managers EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: --- College degree required --- More than 7 years of multi-site provider services management experience --- Proven track record of success in operations management --- Accustomed to regional business travel --- Must be able to maintain a highly structured environment Our full-time, benefit-eligible team members are offered comprehensive benefits that help support their health and financial goals.
