A company is looking for a Senior Lead Sales Customer Success
Enablement Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive adoption of Customer Success methodology and provide coaching
and feedback to CS leaders and teams
Optimize CS playbook and technology resources
Coordinate and deliver standardized in-market initiatives and
mentor new CS team members and leaders
Qualifications:
5+ years of Sales, Customer Success, or account management
experience
1+ year of coaching or development or management experience
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
Experience in presenting, consulting, coaching, and advising CS
leaders and teams
Knowledge of MSOffice and ability to quickly learn new application
software skill
