Job Description:

A company is looking for a VP, State Leader to drive strategic initiatives and manage the overall performance of mature states.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute state and product strategy, collaborating with various departments
Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and manage cross-functional initiatives
Lead analysis of the competitive landscape and drive initiatives based on findings

Required Qualifications:

8+ years in strategic and/or analytical insurance roles
Experience managing a P&L for another insurance company
5+ years managing a team of direct reports
Expertise in working cross-functionally and motivating teams without direct reporting relationships
Demonstrated experience in developing and executing ideas across domains
