Job Description:

A company is looking for a Research Manager.
Key Responsibilities:

Design, run, and deliver custom research projects for B2C and B2B clients
Manage a team of Researchers, providing support, guidance, and fostering growth
Collaborate with product leaders to create and deliver research products, and assist in sales and training efforts

Qualifications:

3-4 years of experience in market research
Strong understanding and experience in primary research across various methods and sectors
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, including client contact, survey design, and report writing
Proficiency in MS Office, IT, and basic statistics
Experience in people management, coaching, and mentoring
