Job Description:

A company is looking for a Global Services Programs Director.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage cloud and security related programs, including new initiatives, process change, compliance programs, and application/toolkit launches impacting external customer engagements
Coordinate meetings and resource libraries for internal communities focusing on security and cloud usage
Create and manage internal content and training curriculum to support initiatives and programs

Required Qualifications:

At least 5 years of experience as a global program manager for a technology company
Ability to coordinate efforts of technical specialists in software code development and cloud infrastructure administration
Experience managing globally-scoped programs and projects
Industry security certification preferred (example: CISSP or CSSP)
Jira and Confluence editing experience a plus
