Job Description:

A company is looking for a Small Business Program Development Management Associate Vice President.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary business development resource for new small business program opportunities
Collect market intelligence to identify program growth opportunities and stay up-to-date on industry trends
Develop and execute strategic engagement plans with program administrators and brokers

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required, MBA preferred
Minimum of 10 years of related industry experience
Strong working knowledge of the Programs marketplace, underwriting, P&C distribution, and trends
Expert negotiation, relationship-building, and presentation skills
Ability to interact effectively with internal and external business partners and train others in new concepts or technology
