• Service our existing client base with exceptional care and attention to detail.
• Research new business opportunities and identify potential growth areas.
• Supervise and lead a small team to achieve sales and customer service goals.
• Train and develop incoming team members on our systems and processes.
• Provide daily reporting and insights using our Salesforce-based CRM.Requirements:

  • Strong supervisory and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively.
  • Passion for helping people and developing relationships.
  • Sales or customer service experience.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.Licensing Requirements:
    • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S.
