We're looking for a Value Stream Manager who doesn't just sit behind a desk - we need someone who leads from the front lines. If you're passionate about Lean manufacturing, know how to rally a team, and aren't afraid to tackle problems head-on, this role is calling your name. What You'll Be Doing: As the Value Stream Manager, you'll own the performance of a production area - and that means Safety, Quality, and Delivery are all in your hands. You'll be the go-to leader for your team, coaching them through challenges, driving improvements, and celebrating wins together. Your days will be a mix of: Walking the floor and leading by example (this is not a desk job!) Running kaizen events, Gemba walks, and visual management like a Lean pro Solving root causes - not just symptoms Managing timekeeping in ADP, and adjusting plans in real time Coaching your team to greatness and helping them grow What You Bring to the Table: 5-6 years (or less, if you're a rockstar!) of manufacturing leadership experience A deep knowledge of Lean tools, continuous improvement, and problem-solving Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience) High energy, a no-excuses attitude, and a real commitment to team success Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate people at all levels Tech-savvy enough to use Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and present data clearly Bonus points if: You've led kaizen events or coached a team through Lean transformation You've wrangled ADP for timekeeping like a champ You love coaching, developing talent, and making processes smoother every day Why You'll Love Working Here: You'll be empowered to own your area and make real change We believe in accountability, respect, and teamwork You'll get to build and lead a high-performing crew Your work will have a visible impact on our business and our people Equal Opportunity Employer Statement: We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
