SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Interface daily with residents to ensure duty of care; responsible
for physical, emotional, and mental well-being of residents.
Interface with families, reporting any problems, illnesses, or
other concerns to the Executive Director and Resident Care
Responsible for assisting or conducting admission assessments,
change of condition assessments, and assist in supervising daily
service plans to ensure appropriate care is being delivered.
Responsible for hiring, training, and supervising all healthcare
Work closely with the Executive Director and Resident Care Director
to establish policies and procedures in the community that pertain
to total resident services, resident care, staff, and health
Memory Care experienced required.
Ability to effectively address and resolve both employee, resident
and family concerns.
Experience in staffing schedules.
Superior customer relations skills.
Demonstrates positive energy, with a caring and compassionate
Ability to effectively read, write and communicate in English.
Ability to supervise and the work of others and motivate for
