This cutting edge hospital is looking for an experienced Nurse Director with their Bachelor's degree, and a minimum of three years of management experience in ICU or Emergency Department specialties.-- The Critical Care Nurse Director will report to the Chief Nursing Officer and will oversee the following departments:--

• Emergency Department
• Medical ICU
• Step down unit
• Cardiology
• Respiratory Therapy-- The Critical Care RN Director will oversee the operational oversight, department fiscal goals, department accreditation and regulatory programs, and department short and long term goals.
