Job Description:
Emergency clinic seeking veterinary assistant or technician.
Part-time and full-time positions available. Student resumes
welcome, however some clinical experience in veterinary medicine is
required. Duties include but are not limited to; reception, patient
intake, obtaining histories, patient discharge, restraint,
venipuncture, financial transactions, operation of blood analysis
machines, operation of anesthesia equipment, patient care, lifting
of patients over 50 lbs, etc. Weekends and holidays are required,
as we are a true emergency clinic. General computer experience
required and experience with Avimark is a plus. Must be dynamic and
able to handle crisis and high stress situations. Serious and
