Job Description:

A company is looking for a Licensed Staff Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive and personalized healthcare services to patients remotely.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct virtual patient assessments, including medical history collection, physical examinations, and diagnosis and treatment of common illnesses and injuries
Develop and implement treatment plans, provide education and counseling on health promotion and disease prevention
Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications and therapies, monitor patient progress, and maintain accurate electronic health records

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of post-graduate clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner in primary care or family practice
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a virtual setting, demonstrating strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHR) systems
Advanced Practice Registered Nurse with either a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
Board Certification by ANCC or AANP and a valid Nurse Practitioner license and certification in the state where the virtual primary care practice is based
