Job Description:
A company is looking for an Oncology QA Nurse.
Key Responsibilities:
Support and enable Care Team nurses through training and quality
audits
Conduct routine audits of nurse team's interactions with members
and provide coaching and feedback
Assist with conducting clinical trainings and contribute to quality
improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors of Science Degree in Nursing and an unrestricted
Registered Nurse (RN) license
At least 5 years of nursing experience with 3 years of oncology
nursing and/or case management
Experience with clinical education and regulatory/quality
audits
Passionate about delivering high quality care and improving
standards
Comfort with learning new technologies and using electronic health
records
