    The duties of a Certified Nurse Assistant ( CNA ) include, but are not limited to: Provides assistance with ADL's, changes bed linens and makes beds, aids in the delivery of activities.       Education and/or experience: Certified Nursing Assistant ( CNA ) in the state of TN required.
      
      Knowledge: Knowledge of working with the elderly, Alzheimer's and dementia preferred.
      
      Skills: Must be able to complete daily requirements effectively and efficiently.
      
      Abilities: Must have patience, tact, a cheerful disposition and enthusiasm, as well as the willingness to handle difficult situations and make independent decisions. Must be willing to be a part of a team. Must have flexible work schedule.
