    In our CNA to Med Tech Training Program, you'll be the superhero behind hands-on patient care. Your kindness, attention to detail, and teamwork will light up our residents' lives. And once you receive your free MedTech training in the first 90 days, you'll be the go-to guru for all things medication-related. **Must have at least 1 year tenure as a state certified CNA with your current employer to qualify for the training.

    CNA to Med Tech Duties:
    • Provide compassionate assistance to residents with daily activities, prioritizing their well-being and dignity.
    • Shower residents with care and help with daily activities.
    • Foster meaningful relationships through engaging interactions and companionship.
    • Keep a watchful eye on residents, observing and reporting any issues or concerns.
    • Record stuff like a pro, keeping tabs on who has what and when as you manage meds.
    • Bring your attention to detail as you record and document vital signs.
    • Contribute to our culture of continuous improvement by sharing insights and actively participating in planning care. What we're looking for:

        • Your active state CNA Certification.
        • Must have at least 1 year tenure as a state certified CNA with your current employer to qualify for the training.
        • Flexibility is your middle name (well, not really, but you get what we mean). You'll rock a schedule that might include weekends and holidays because our residents deserve top-notch care every day.
        • A dash of creativity and a sprinkle of patience. You'll whip up activities that suit everyone, no matter where they're at on their memory journey.
        • CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

            Working Conditions:

            This role involves a combination of providing care, administrative tasks, and interaction with residents, families, and staff.

            Physical Demands:

            The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a team member to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.

            While performing the duties of this job, the team member regularly stands, bends, talks, hears, walks, sits, climbs stairs, stoops, uses hands and fingers to touch, handle, and feel, reaches with hands and arms, lifts and/or moves items of up to 50 pounds. The team member occasionally lifts and transfers residents, using proper body mechanics, and physically assists residents transition to wheelchairs, beds, stretchers, stationary chairs, and vehicles as needed. Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. The team member must be able to smell the odor in order to ensure resident safety and quality care.
