• Grossing specimens from a level 1 trauma center with nine centers of excellence including a very active cancer center. We are a hybrid facility with outside specimens as well as specimens from clinics, surgery centers, and physician offices. -
• Gross frozen section specimens with pathologist instructions. -
• No in house autopsies.
• Possible exposure to infection from disease-bearing specimens; regularly exposed to the risk of blood-borne diseases; must comply with applicable safety procedures.Requirements:
  • B.A./B.S. in Biology and meet all licensing requirements
