Manager (RN) | Details and Compensation: Location: Harriman TN
37748 – 100% on-site | Field Work Serving patients in the counties
of Morgan, Roane, Rhea, Bledsoe, and Loudon. Estimated 25 points
per week. Payrate: $56.14/hr mileage Required Availability:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM On-call rotation: Every 6 weeks,
on call for 7 consecutive days (Monday to Monday, 4:30 PM – 8:00
AM) Field Hospice Case Manager (RN) | Summary and Highlights: The
Field Hospice Case Manager (RN) will provide support for a hospice
care setting. This position involves serving multiple counties,
providing critical care coordination and support for patients and
families navigating end-of-life care. This position is a contract
assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon
attendance, performance, and business needs Benefits are available
to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include
health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance
