About The Position Experienced Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant (CAA) or Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) needed for a locum tenens position in Missouri. This 78-day assignment at a hospital setting begins on 01/02/2026, covering 12-hour shifts every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. The ideal candidate will have expertise in cardiac anesthesiology and be comfortable with a general mix of cases in the OR and offsite locations, including IR, Cath lab, MRI, Endo, and Bronch procedures. Epic experience is preferred. This role offers the opportunity for extension and requires an active Missouri license. The provider will be responsible for delivering high-quality anesthesia care, collaborating with the healthcare team, and ensuring patient safety throughout various procedures. Job Details: Location: Missouri Facility Type: Hospital Start Date: 01/02/2026 LOA: 78 days Provider Type Needed: CAA or CRNA Schedule: 12-hour shifts every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday Job Responsibilities and Duties: • Administer anesthesia for a variety of surgical and medical procedures • Perform pre-anesthetic assessments and develop appropriate anesthesia plans • Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust anesthesia as needed during procedures • Provide post-anesthesia care and pain management • Collaborate with surgeons, physicians, and other healthcare professionals • Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations • Maintain accurate and detailed medical records • Participate in quality improvement initiatives Additional Information: • Cardiac anesthesiology experience required • Comfort with general mix of cases in OR and offsite locations (IR, Cath lab, MRI, Endo, Bronch) • Epic experience preferred • Active Missouri license required • Possibility of assignment extension Apply now to learn more!
