Pay Information $1,894 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 1 year in a similar role License: Active nursing license required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, CPI, NIHSS, PALS, TNCC preferred Must-Have: - Active nursing license - ACLS, BLS, CPI/MAB, PALS, NIHSS certifications - Weekend coverage is required Description: Scrub color is navy blue. This position requires a strong background in emergency nursing. The registered nurse will be responsible for managing a variety of critical and urgent medical conditions. Experience with a patient ratio of 4:1 is preferred. Familiarity with charting systems is preferred. Competency in managing acute conditions, including but not limited to: abdominal pain, asthma, drug overdose, and seizures. The role will require skills in performing procedures such as intubation and central line care. The registered nurse should also have experience in handling psychiatric emergencies. Interdisciplinary support is available from various medical services, ensuring comprehensive patient care.
