Job Description:
Harmony Recovery Group is seeking a compassionate and diligent
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated team of
healthcare professionals. At Harmony, we are committed to providing
personalized care tailored to the needs of individuals recovering
from addiction and mental health challenges. In this role, you will
have the opportunity to work closely with patients across our
various facilities, utilizing evidence-based practices to support
and maintain long-term recovery. Our ideal candidate is someone who
is motivated by a desire to make a difference and driven by a
commitment to innovative healthcare. Monitor patient health and
vitals, adjusting care plans as necessary in collaboration with the
healthcare team. Administer medications and injections as
prescribed and monitor for adverse reactions. Provide emotional and
psychological support to patients, helping them to navigate the
recovery process. Assist in the execution of individual treatment
plans for patients, under the direction of registered nurses and
doctors. Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care,
condition, progress, and concerns. Communicate clearly and
effectively with patients and their families about the care and
services provided. Ensure compliance with all health and safety
regulations within the clinic or facility. Proven ability to
administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Strong
interpersonal skills with a proven track record of empathy and
compassion. Excellent observational skills to accurately monitor
patient health. Capability to maintain detailed and accurate
records. Effective communication skills, both orally and written.
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary health team.

Current, unrestricted license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
in the state of practice. CPR certification is preferred. Mental
Health First Aid certification is a plus.
