certifications - Must have MS/Tele experience - Floating to other
units is required but will only be required on skill set - Weekend
coverage is required Description: The nurse is responsible for
providing high-quality patient care to medical-surgical and
telemetry patients. Nurses must be familiar with isolation
precautions, medication administration, and peripheral line
care/management. They are expected to utilize rapid response and
code teams as necessary. Strong communication skills are required
to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams. Patient
demographics include adults and geriatrics, with a daily census of
approximately 30. The nurse will be involved in various patient
diagnoses, including general medical and pre/post-operative care.
Daily assessments and documentation of patient care are essential.
Nurses will float to other units based on competencies and staffing
needs. Participation in team meetings and ongoing education is
