Well respected and growing single surgeon OMS practice looking for a surgeon to come on and help expand this non-corporate / non DSO practice. This is a traditional OMS practice with the goal of future partnership. Looking for someone who values quality over quantity and wants to be involved with providing education and training to the local community. The office is PACE AGD CE approved. Seeking AAAHC accreditation of the facility long-term Prefer a surgeon proficient and experienced with orthognathic surgery to operate cases together. Help meet the demands of the community for corrective jaw surgery. Experience in full arch is preferred. This office is heavy in full arch / immediate load cases using the latest workflows. Mentorship opportunity available. Icam, Trios, Sprintray, Milled PMMAs, etc. Pay is negotiable, and ultimately the goal is a bring on the right person who is ethically aligned with this practice's goals of raising the bar for Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in East TN. 4 days a week. CRNAs are available for intubated cases and if desired, to run sedations in the office. The office also utilizes a pediatric CRNA for children under the age of 8 if the surgeon prefers. Everything is new: Bien Air self-irrigating handpieces, hospital-grade Bovie, PRF, overhead lights, Draegar anesthesia machines in 2 rooms, the office also equipped with nitrous in all rooms. Adding on site exocad designer and a Mill for PMMA provisionals. No call, not open on weekends, and our surgical assistants have extensive experience. RNs start all IVs and recover all sedations patients, providing an outpatient surgical center experience to all cases. Board certification preferred, but must be board-eligible. Board Certification is REQUIRED for Partnership.
