Job Description Gastroenterologist Opportunity - Knoxville, TN Position Summary: Join a thriving, well-established gastroenterology practice in Knoxville, seeking a dedicated physician to expand our team. Practice Type: - Primarily outpatient with focusing on hospital procedures - APPs work as extenders and see patients in clinic. Collaborative environment with a focus on patient-centered care Current Team Structure: - 3 Gastroenterologists - 2 Nurse Practitioners - Supportive staff and operations manager to streamline clinic workflow Schedule: - Clinic Schedule: Flexible, tailored to physician preferences; finalized in collaboration with operations manager. - Call Schedule: Call rotation for own patients only (No ER call) Technology: - Cerner EMR system ("eCare") for efficient documentation and patient management Compensation Package: - Competitive Salary: Based on experience and skillset, with transparent market-aligned compensation - Loan Repayment: Up to $150,000 in student loan repayment for qualifying candidates - Resident/Fellow Stipend: Monthly stipend of $2,500 available for fellows committing early (up to 12 months prior to start)
