Registered Nurse (RN) | Progressive Care Unit Location: Asheville, NC Agency: Revolution Healthcare Services Pay: $2,336 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Opportunity – Progressive Care Unit Registered Nurse – North Carolina Start Date: January 2, 2026 Location: Asheville, North Carolina Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: 12-hour shifts with every other weekend requirement; 4:1 patient ratio at grid, 5:1 stretched Highlights: 44-bed Progressive Care Unit specializing in neuro and trauma care Collaborative team environment with dedicated charge nurses, RNs, CNAs, and unit support staff Work with diverse equipment including IV pumps, PCA pumps, chest tubes, trachs, and patient lifts EMR platform: Cerner Opportunity to perform advanced procedures including neuro assessments, C-collar placement, blood transfusions, and feeding tube placement Floating limited to stepdown and med-surg units within the facility Requirements: Current North Carolina RN license or compact state license ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required Neuro and trauma care experience required Experience with complex patient assessments, spinal checks, chest tubes, and IV infusions Team-oriented, patient-focused professional demeanor Why It's a Great Opportunity: This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled progressive care nurse to join a high-functioning team dedicated to neuro and trauma patient populations.
