Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: Monday through
Friday, day shift; 5–6 patient visits per day Highlights: Provide
skilled nursing care in patients' homes with a manageable caseload
of 5–6 visits daily Work within a well-established home health and
hospice program serving approximately 100 patients Utilize HCHB
electronic documentation system for streamlined charting Enjoy
consistent weekday scheduling with no weekend or floating
requirements Join a dedicated team focused on delivering
compassionate, patient-centered care in the community Reliable
personal transportation required for home visits throughout the
service area Requirements: Active RN license in North Carolina (or
eligibility for licensure) Previous home health experience required
Hospice care experience strongly preferred Reliable vehicle and
valid driver's license for patient home visits Ability to work
