discharge planning Requirements: Active Tennessee Speech Language
Pathologist license (or eligibility to obtain) Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Certificate of
Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
preferred Strong communication, assessment, and treatment planning
skills Previous clinical or rehabilitation experience preferred Why
