Job Opportunity – Emergency Department Registered Nurse – Western
North Carolina Start Date: January 26, 2026 Location: Asheville,
North Carolina Compensation: Details provided to qualified
applicants. Sign-on and relocation bonuses available. Schedule:
Every other weekend required, flexible scheduling to meet
departmental needs; no block scheduling Highlights: 101-bed
Emergency Department with typical patient ratios of 4:1 for medical
patients Level II trauma center and comprehensive stroke center
with high-volume experience (100,000 annual visits)

Hospitals and awarded an 'A' Leapfrog Hospital Safety Grade Cerner
documentation system with modern equipment including Baxter pumps
and GE monitors Float within ED sections only – no floating outside
of Emergency Department Serving a diverse, multi-cultural community
with over 120 languages represented Requirements: Active RN license
Minimum 2 years of nursing experience with at least 1 year in
Emergency Department setting Level II trauma center and
comprehensive stroke center experience strongly preferred ACLS,
BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, and NIHSS certifications required before
start date ENPC certification required within 90 days of hire
Strong teamwork mentality with ability to provide real-time
coaching and feedback Flexibility to work in all areas of the
